i saw the picture and the hub from the pic is a rear primo mix pro casette hub with 14mm axle, now what it is?front or rear?

in UK there is not such a thing like here, that someone posts something, and in the post office when it arrived the buyer pays it and gets it, and who sold the part gets the money posted back?
